Warranty and Conditions

All AMG Attendance system hardware products are covered by a 1 year warranty (parts & labor). Warranties are valid against factory defect in materials and workmanship.

Availability and Service Conditions

  • All repairs covered by warranty will be performed within 24 hours during business days after we've received the products(s).
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges, express shipments are available.
  • Any damage caused by accidental or intentional physical damage, liquid spillage, insect infestation, mis-use, abuse, or altered serial number, is not covered by warranty.
  • Broken seal and damage from non-authorized repair person are not covered by warranty.
  • This plan does not cover “no problem found” diagnosis, a service fee of $ 30.00 will be applied if no problem is found upon inspection.
  • Supplies, such as badges or accessories, are not covered by warranty.
